FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The reason this explanation is a little bit longer than usual is simply one common denominator most clients share and that is: How do I pay and what do I really get for my money? Lets take a look and examine one of the most controversial parts on your way to a healthier new you. So please read this section carefully and certainly E-mail us with any questions or simply Text Trainer Randy or Contact him on Facebook and ask. Lets get started - with our pricing system, you will end up paying substantially less than Cookie-Cutter type, Cattle Call Corporate Chain Gym Based Trainers. You will receive a complete package of training, all for one price. You will not have to buy another 5, 10 or 15 more sessions on a supposed Deal. Deals are a little to Sales-Gamey for our taste here at FBF and quite frankly this is Personal Training for the improvement of your overall well being so we tend to avoid as much of the Sales-Gimmicks/Games as possible and provide clarity on the way to your goals. Our pricing is very straight forward, without any hidden extras, more importantly we remove the physiological, psychological of the Per-Session payment style of Personal Training. The majority of new Personal Trainers and/or Cattle-Call Style Gym Based Trainers charge on a per session basis, normally 60 minutes per session. This Pay as you Go scheme is inattentively exemplifies training as an unwarranted-compulsory obligation which is exactly the opposite of the mindset needed to succeed long term. In addition, this Pay as you Go scheme becomes a broken record and it requires frequent restarts and the purchase of many more packages that really never add up to a final result. For us here at FBF it normally takes two 6 month engagements to succeed long term, we want you to succeed here at FBF or you wont be likely to engage and pay for the second half of the year. For us your success means our success and as a business you can guess that is key to surviving long term, we seek to only produce long term results as we are not after the Quick Sale of a 5 session package to nowhere. We might add, billing or you paying in such a manner as stated above, notably increases the percentage of missed training sessions thereby destroying the forward progression needed for the paradigm shift into a healthier lifestyle. Again, in that situation you have to re-start and buy another 5, 10 or 15 session package The most important factor here is to avoid: I tried that and it didnt work statement added to ones record of attempts to get healthy. Q: How do we solve this negative connotation? We have package-pricing depending on the desired outcome and the complexities required to obtain the result. Most clients pay by credit card or check, of course you can pay monthly using Member Services company and then your payment is deducted by EFT, or electronic funds transfer from your checking account. Bottom line here at FBF is our easy pricing which consists of only three tiers. For comparison lets look at the Personal Training Industry and how most Big Gym based/Cattle-Call Trainers collect their fees IE: $50hr. per session or basically $100 per week, attending twice a week. Adding up to the 4 weeks a month comes to $400 per month for the average Trainer. Subsequently for 6 months that is $2,400 in total cost, just to get someone walking around the gym telling you what to do! This scenario above is double the normal cost for our program and we help you out 3 times a week not just twice! We do charge a package price to keep you committed of course but it ultimately saves you twice the price! In addition, if you do the Math we are most often 50% LESS than the typical gym trainers are since they charge by the hour. If you are getting or looking at something less, well you get what you pay for You and I both know your health/body is worth every dime, so why spend more on your car? - It certainly will not help you live a fuller more robust life! SO - Remember we use Two-Step process in defining the goals and developing your customized Agenda as well as show you how will we derive with the results - all within a particular time-period. Many times our sessions go over the normal 60 minutes and we never charge extra for such things. So now lets schedule a time to meet and be prepared to answer what is the most important thing you want to get out of our meeting. Thank you, Fender-Bender Fitness
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process involves two meetings before your allowed to engage and make payment for services - unlike most gyms where you buy a package deal and then go see what it is all about. We invest a great deal of time in research and development just to present the Agenda on what our relationship would look like, therefore, we are somewhat selective in the clients we accept knowing that we must truly deliver results as most of our clients are referrals and are very well known individuals. The "Discovery Meeting" is first, very much like meeting a perspective Financial Advisor for the first time, a little bit of getting to know each other and we want to know what is the most important thing you want to get out of our relationship? Then the second meeting is the presentation of the Agenda as well as an the assessment.
