I am fully insured have background checked employees, trusted and highly preferred from the companies that are in the area. I have worked for a few of the local cleaning companies. Most would probably come up first on google search. I decided that the quality just wasn't there and with my knowledge and past experience I left Being on my own I went from being "someones employee " to being in charge. I take that extra step. when you see your home after its like your home became a resort. Not only is it clean ..I put out towels fold the TP, Paper towels. Clean your coffee pot toaster microwave fridge and oven if requested. Most offer that as a deep clean. A Mom at Work will change the bedding if requested and really dont charge over absorbent fees for those extra little things you may want done! Most of my clients have referred me out to others because they are happy with my work. I price based on your needs and most say I am beyond fair with pricing. Most cleaning companies charge on average 350-400 for a deep clean/post construction for on average 350 to to 400 for a 3-4 bdrm 2 bath home as an estimate. Call for details! When you sign up with price assure one set fee no matter what the clean (terms and conditions apply). This is more focused on Air Bnb/long term cleans monthly bi weekly and weekly. Carrie is so kind and is such an HONEST business woman. She really helped me out when my roommate and I were quoted a huge, ridiculous price by another intimidating cleaner who thought she was our only option in the area. Her staff were very friendly and made sure I was happy with what they did. Carrie let me know when the staff were a bit late (due to GPS issues, no fault of their own), and she called me after the job was done to make sure I was happy with it. I have so much respect for a busy mom killing it at her business!

Can not say enough about Carrie, amazing! She was able to put my mind at ease about the cleaning and the house looking perfect for guests coming in. She accomplished that and more. Carrie and her team put extra special touches to make people feel welcome. When she was done photos of her work were sent right away. Communication is always quick and if I need something she is right there to help me out. I am so grateful to have found "A Mom At Work", I look forward to many years of relief knowing Carrie and her team are taking care of our home!!

Carrie cleaned our rental in New Durham. She was very flexible with the time. She sent pictures while she was there and was very fair with her pricing. She also made good onsite decisions. The new renters said it looked beautiful. This is our first time having a cleaner and Carrie made it easy for us. She went above and beyond. We hope to continue with her service.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing is fair when giving an estimate. I either will provide by the hour or by the job. I price out based on touch points. What that means is if your home has a lot of nick nacks and other surfaces that need to be touched it may be that I price you out differently. Some people have less surfaces where there are others that have lot of surfaces which would need more time to dust and clean.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    My process is very simple. When a potential client reaches out I do my best to reach them back right away to see what there needs are. Sometimes people need a clean right away due to company coming or maybe an unexpected rental turnover. My job is to go out and provide an estimate and I am always prepared to clean if needed. There have been a few cases when giving an estimate the customer has wanted me to clean right then and there.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have over 30 years of cleaning experience. I have also been in hospitality and customer service fields as well.
