- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair when giving an estimate. I either will provide by the hour or by the job. I price out based on touch points. What that means is if your home has a lot of nick nacks and other surfaces that need to be touched it may be that I price you out differently. Some people have less surfaces where there are others that have lot of surfaces which would need more time to dust and clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is very simple. When a potential client reaches out I do my best to reach them back right away to see what there needs are. Sometimes people need a clean right away due to company coming or maybe an unexpected rental turnover. My job is to go out and provide an estimate and I am always prepared to clean if needed. There have been a few cases when giving an estimate the customer has wanted me to clean right then and there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of cleaning experience. I have also been in hospitality and customer service fields as well.
