FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs can have a set rate applied so when I look at a job I will assess the price to the difficulty of the rough in as well as the detail to finish. I always seem to out price my competition because I am hands on with low overhead with no need to bring in subcontractors because I can perform all tasks
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually set my preferences aside as to colors and style and will always let them know what is trending and leaving so they don't spend money dating the new renovation
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 100 o/o, hands on, in the field training .I have been working on residential homes for 34 years and I absolutely love it so my in school education over the years does not help me as much as that.
