Nick and his team arrived on time and completed the work in the time he said it would take. The new Porch was much better than I expected and was less than I expected. I plan to use them again for future projects.

Wow! Nick is an old fashioned New England geter done kind of guy! His craftsmanship is top notch! He comes when he says, and has great communication on any issues, increased costs, timing of projects etc. he was happy to give options to save money without compromising quality! We have used him 2 times in the last 6 months for a list of various projects from replacing wood siding, fixing windows, changing out appliances, replacing a whole wall due to dry rot in our 120 year old house. He was able to coordinate electrical and plumbing for the appliances. We couldnt be more pleased!! Thank you Nick for a job well done! We look forward to more projects in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations and estimates are free. At an additional cost we do provide drawings and 3D models for all projects so you can see the finish of your project before we start.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone consultation talking about the customers vision for the project, and any products they are interested in. We then schedule an in home visit. Our goal is to provide an educational experience to give the customer the knowledge and resources so we can then provide them with a accurate estimate for our services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a third generation tradesman that has been working construction since i was a kid. Our crew is very knowledgeable and provides expert craftmanship.
