Eddie is incredible! He’s diligent about making sure I understand what needs to be stretched, what might be sore vs tight after each session, and how I can continue to work on my stretches. I absolutely love that I can actual see progress in my mobility and strength training at the gym, a direct result in going to see Eddie.
