- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate that includes my cost of cleaning supplies, travel, and an hourly wage for myself. I ensure my rates are fair, reasonable and a great deal compared to local competitors, based on intense research.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial walk through for the customer to tell me their expectations for each room, and plenty of time to really deep clean and get into it. Routine cleans should be much faster and more stream lined once I’ve reached all the nooks and crannies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked in hotels, hospitals, stores, and taken many classes on germs. I understand the importance of things being truly clean, not just looking clean; while maintaining an eco conscious approach.
