- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Taxes are unique to the individual, including the issues and problems that a person may have. I do have some fees that are flat fees and some are billed by the hour. After the initial meeting, I can make suggestions on what would best fit you and the fee or estimate to achieve these results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the new client in my office and spend time finding out the needs of the client
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years of tax accounting, including estate returns, probate, personal and business returns. I have worked in banks, accounting and legal firms.
