Sarah called us on her way and immediately began troubleshooting and inquiring about specific questions she had so she was prepared to walk in the door and begin her work. After assessing the problem herself, she explained it clearly and in laymans terms for us so we understood what went wrong, and so could make educated decisions going forward. After she was done, she carefully explained our options, offering advice and suggestions about next steps. We were dealing with a safety issue and Sarah calmed us down, was respectful, friendly and practical, and was a pleasure to work with. We felt like we trusted her from the start and would love to work with her again when we have to complete a bigger replacement project. Cant say enough about how great our experience with Sarah was!
