- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price accordingly based off my shooting and editing rate for the projected time of each job. I require a 20 percent deposit down. I have some flexibility with pricing if I am not required to edit footage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask for the customer to meet via in person or face chat. I will first ask some questions to get to know my client. From there we will go over the project and the deliverables. I will address any client concerns and provide my client with an invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in communication with a focus on digital media. I am a two-time award winner in my college for films I produced. More specifically I am an expert human to human communicator with an extreme amount of empathy. I am trained in documentary production and film making that requires interaction.
