Julien got back to me quickly, met with me soon to review the process and needs of the project. He explained some of the electrical concepts ahead of time and then took time to answer my More in depth questions later. Efficient and timely for getting project done also. He even made himself available for questions I had after it was complete. Highly recommended !

We had a panel upgrade , and other miscellaneous electric jobs , such and wiring and gfi updates .Julien and his colleague arrived on time and worked efficiently and cleaned up not leaving things undone . His pricing was fAir and his follow up too , with meeting the inspector and finishing some other jobs . Whilst labeling all the panel they discovered a live wire and just took care of it . I will definitely recommend Julien to anyone looking for professional and top notch work .

I contracted with Solid State Electric for removal of three ceiling fixtures, replacement of two ceiling fans, cleaning up unknown cables/wires and installation of a foyer fixture. Julien was straight-forward, pleasant to speak with and he was prompt with both appointments and estimates. He did a great job and even took the time to educate me as to how to use the ceiling fan, as it was kind-of complex (to me!). I recommend Julien and Solid State Electric without hesitation and I will contact him/them for any future electrical needs I may have.

Julien did such an amazing job installing our TV and floating TV stand on a brick wall over our fireplace. The work was clean and functional (installed all wiring, outlets and cable jax, to minimize wires and accessibility). When working with Julien through Thumbtack he was so kind and responsive and extremely flexible with our schedules. We had a few people come over to quote us on the work that needed to be done and he was by far the most qualified, professional and truly the nicest person (always a nice perk!). Also, I appreciate how efficiently he cleaned up after the job, really speaks to his professionalism. I would definitely hire him again for additional electrician work or any other unique product. Thats the great part he really is a jack of all trades. Thank you Julien! We love what you have done to our place :)

We are licensed electricians with many years of experience in both residential an commercial environments. We are required to complete continuing education to maintain our licenses, so you can be assured we are up-to-date on all the latest code requirements as it pertains to your project needs!
