Nicholas H. says, "I sent out a request for help with a dozen various repairs on a Wednesday afternoon and Mike responded he could stop by that night at 7:30pm to assess our requirements. He measured our sliding doors for new seals, measured our railings for new dowels and checked all dozen projects out to see if he could do them. He then told me he could do them all in a couple of days. He just finished our original dozen repairs along with a few extra ones we subsequently added to our list. All of his work was exceptional, Mike was especially neat and very resourceful. When installing new heat/vent/lights in three of our bathrooms on the first day, he realized he would need some additional ventilation ductwork. On his second day, he arrived with all the necessary parts and completed the installations along with several other repairs. Mike impressed me most by finding other things to fix related to our initial requests - like adjusting all five of our sliding glass doors in addition to replacing the seals on three of them. He suggested returning at a later (warmer) date to refinish our front wooden door and regrout our master bath shower. His skill sets are very broad, which along with detailed craftsmanship, make us sure to turn to Mike for future work on our post and beam mountaintop home. Mike is also very reasonable, especially given the quality of his work. We hope to use him forever for all repairs (electrical, woodwork, plumbing, tiling) in the future."See more
