I have a Whirlpool ventless dryer and it requires regular filter cleaning to ensure debris doesn’t build up inside. I was giving it a quick vacuum before starting some laundry and the small brush attachment on my vacuum fell off and down a narrow crevice inside the dryer. I called Karma to help retrieve it, as starting the dryer with it inside would destroy the entire machine. I send a request via Thumbtack on Thanksgiving night and got a response within 10 minutes! Karma showed up the next day right on time and set up to work immediately. The entire front of my dryer had to be taken off to reach the vacuum part but the work was done in about 20 minutes. Karma works quickly and was very clean. They are extremely professional, very knowledgeable and provide fantastic service at a very fair price. Karma offers a wide range of service beside appliance repair. I will definitely call karma again!!
