- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is usually around $25 per hour but is quoted in package prices per event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact is usually over the phone to gather more information about yourself, the event and the details. This allows me to get a feel for what your looking for, make sure my pricing is accurate as well as a way for you to ask all the questions you have so far. From there we can book your date and schedule a face to face meeting if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the hospitality field for over 15 years, spending most of that time in restaurants and working with catering companies. I have a good knowledge of events and how they are planned, prepped and carried out. I have been creating craft cocktails for 5 years and full service bartending for 2 years. One year ago I started my own company and haven't looked back since!
