- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing for an event that has so many great options to choose from... that's why we customize each event exactly how our clients want it, this way you will not get overcharged for something you do not need It would be a pleasure to provide services for your upcoming event, our fee includes 2 Bartenders, as well as the requested hrs. of service; we provide MUCH more than just Basic Bartending. We provide a mobile bar, linen for bar area, set up/break down and garnishes as well as Bar supplies (Napkins, Straws, Stirrers, Shakers, Etc.) We won the top award from WeddingWire Couples Choice Awards, which is known all over the U.S for wedding professionals who demonstrate excellence in quality, service, responsiveness, and professionalism. You get to choose what YOU want for beverages as opposed to providing "packages" that you must choose from through a Caterer. This rate does not include 20% client gratuity per bartender. We carry a $2 MILLION LIQUOR LIABILITY & $2 MILLION GENERAL LIABILITY POLICY unlike other bartenders that only carry Liquor Liability! We do not provide Alcohol, Ice, Glassware or coolers, however we will give you detailed information on the amount that is needed. Please be advised that we have limited space available for this date as we are currently booking into 2020 at this time. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pour Me Bartending has been in business since 2010. We have over 20 years experience in the industry and all of our Bartenders are Licensed Bartenders, National Alcohol Awareness Certification and Tips Certified. Pour Me Bartending offers a full service, customized bar experience for you and your guests. We provide a FREE personal consultation prior to any event date in order to create a customized drink menu for your event. Our bartender(s) will arrive up to 60 minutes prior to the time of the event in order to set up the bar area for a professional look. Set up includes preparing custom garnishes for your menu, icing beer, wine, champagne and any other services you will be receiving that day. Our bartender(s) will also be there up to an hour after the event ends to ensure the bar area is cleaned.
