- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Beware the low-ball bartending services (and there are many on here)! In the wedding industry you receive top quality service only from top quality companies. PR Bartending & Waitstaff is a small family business, hands-on, directly responsible and not a bartending or event staffing referral service. We treat your wedding as if it is our family wedding!! PR Bartending & Waitstaff is the wedding planner (beverage- and service- -sides) that saves you money, not spends it! The goal is to eliminate service complications, always with an eye on cost-saving measures that will not reduce or impair the quality of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the beginning we talk about saving money and zeroing-in on exactly what the client needs. For no extra fees or charges we consult with our clients the whole way working hand-in-hand with wedding planners, caterers, day-of coordinators and rental vendors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Founder Patrice Roulx had a long-career in the high-end restaurant business and large venue concert industry hospitality. She also has extensive education in the visual arts and theater, which sparks her creativity in presentation. Patrice is a trained Master of Mixology specializing in large batched, custom-crafted specialty cocktails using all natural ingredients. All employees are restaurant-grade TIPS Safe Serve certified.
