He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely reassuring that we could pull it off. For context, I was planning a surprise proposal at a venue I had never visited before (Castle in the Clouds), which is about 10 hours from where I live. I would not even see it until the day of the event. Shado and I came up with a plan, and he was so helpful he even offered to plant a few items for my (now) fiancée to find as part of the proposal. He was incredibly communicative and always responsive throughout the planning process. On the day of, we stayed in constant contact. Afterward, Shado guided us through a quick photo session and captured even more incredible images. He got beautiful up-close shots and wide shots that truly captured the moment.
