He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely reassuring that we could pull it off. For context, I was planning a surprise proposal at a venue I had never visited before (Castle in the Clouds), which is about 10 hours from where I live. I would not even see it until the day of the event. Shado and I came up with a plan, and he was so helpful he even offered to plant a few items for my (now) fiancée to find as part of the proposal. He was incredibly communicative and always responsive throughout the planning process. On the day of, we stayed in constant contact. Shado was in position and ready, but when someone was standing in our planned spot, he kept texting with me until they moved. Once the moment came, everything went perfectly. Now for the real reason you have to hire him. The photos. Every single shot, including the actual proposal picture, came out stunning. Afterward, Shado guided us through a quick photo session and captured even more incredible images. He got beautiful up-close shots and wide shots that truly captured the moment. To put the cherry on top, he sent us the edited, finished photos within just a few hours, which is amazing considering he had to drive hours to the location. Shado is the real deal.
