Residential Framer in Manchester, NH
FRAMING & STRUCTURAL REPAIR ONLY
I specialize in interior framing, basement frame-outs, floor-joist sistering and floor joist repair, basement structural/support work, and localized rot/framing repairs. I am best suited for smaller framing and repair projects that can be completed efficiently by one experienced carpenter.
MKG Framing is a member of the NH Home Builders Association (NHHBA) and regularly attends NH Building Officials (NHBOA) code trainings to stay current on residential framing and code requirements.
I am not currently taking decks, additions, garages, large exterior builds, or general handyman/carpentry projects through Thumbtack.
Wood framing only- I do not paint, drywall or metal stud.
Smaller framing jobs are priced with a day rate for labor $1,800 per day plus materials.
Selective interior demolition projects priced with a day rate for labor $2,000 per day.
Due to current workload, I am selective with projects and may not be the right fit for every timeline.

Matt and his team did a great job framing our basement for drywall. Not exactly a standard job as we had several pipes for a sprinkler system and large soffits that we needed to install and they tackled the project quickly. Would highly recommend working with MKG.
