- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically most projects large or small will have our estimator go out and assess the job and give a consultative on-site estimate based on the clients needs. If the job is small enough most of the time it can be taken care of right on the spot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to do an in person meeting and estimate for them and get to kow you and how we can help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We currently have 3 employees with around 70 years of construction and handyman experience combined, able to handle almost any product you want done!
