- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will work with you to get the best price for our excellent services. We quote jobs by square footage, status of the space, and type of clean (deep, standard, move in/move out and construction).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a phone conversation and walk through the details of the customers needs. We send a quote and confirm that terms and conditions are acceptable, then move forward with a 50% deposit, then schedule one of our amazing cleaners to bring serenity to your space.
