FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When quoting out a project it all comes down to time and material. Some things take longer to do than other, but its all based on industry standards. Differences in pricing typically comes down to how much time & care put in to make sure things are done properly and the quality of materials used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, one of the most important things to is to go through exactly what they are looking to get done. This makes sure I am giving the customer precisely what they are looking for and we are on the same page throughout the process. The next step is setting up an estimate date and walking through to see if either one of us has questions or concerns. Setting up the start date comes next, along with making sure the project is run smoothly and meets and exceeds expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the painting industry for about 16 years now. I started painting during the summer of my freshman year at UNH. I continued to paint in college and started painting/managing full time afterwards.
