- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For giving really rough estimates which generally are on the higher end you might say I have a pricing system, but overall No. That's why I think it's extremely important for me to go and see your project prior to giving a legitimate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to learn a little about the customers personality and preferences. I like to ask simple and direct questions to draw out a better understanding and picture of work to be done to give the best finish I can.
