It was a pleasure working with Mike & Jessica on a very cold December morning. Prompt for on site estimate and day of trimming. Very reasonable pricing. Everything was accomplished and more. Mike climbs so no concerns about heavy equipment and potential property damage. We will use them again in the future.

MJ Tr33 Service was prompt, professional, offered a very fair price and completed the high quality work quickly. They asked questions along the way when needed to be sure we were getting just what we wanted. They removed a tree and pruned 4 around our house. Great job. Their cleanup was especially impressive, as well.

They did a great job removing a fallen tree off the roof of my boyfriends lakehouse. They were able to do it in a quick and safely manner with little to no issues. Would definitely recommend this company for future projects!

Hired Mike and his crew to cut down and remove some trees. There was one large one that was my main concern.
Mike and his crew cut the small trees down and asked if they could come back the following week to cut down the big trees. That was fine. One week later I was told they needed more time because their equipment was being used at another job site. Still fine with me.
A few weeks go by I get a text asking if I can send money for the small portion of the job that was completed and that his crew would be back the following week to tackle the main calm we/large tree. I reluctantly sent the money and then the company ghosted me.
After months of trying to reconnect, even to hear something along the lines of “we will not complete the job”, I have not heard back. Also, the debris from the small trees that were cut down was left on the property.

poor communication. quoted a job - agreed to do the job and then ghosted me. then told me they had a family emergency and never heard from them again. even if there was an emergency - a professional business would still do right by a customer as best as they could rather than ghosting.

Kathleen: we are sorry to hear about your disappointment but do not think this review was necessary. The job was never confirmed or scheduled due to weather etc. We apologize that we had something happen in the family but it was out of our control. This has stopped our work for a few months now as we have been trying to take care of things. It was never our intention as business owners to not do a job, but unfortunately, things can happen unexpectedly. We wish you luck in the future with your work that needs to be done.
