K.D. Tarvainen says, "I was SO impressed with our recent experience with Mr. Electric and would recommend them to anyone looking to have any electrical work done. One weekend, a circuit tripped in our kitchen, leaving a burning smell. We contacted Mr. Electric and Shaun came out first thing Monday morning to asses the issue. He was on time, friendly and professional. After assessing the situation, he explained our different options clearly and without being pushy (an issue we've had with other service providers who always seem to be trying to sell us something!). He made sure our kitchen outlets and lights were safe until they could come out and install a new circuit breaker. Our house was built in the 1950s so he also put together a quote for more extensive rewiring in the future so we could plan ahead accordingly for when we were ready to do it. (Again, no pushy salesman vibe at all.)When Brian and Cam came to install the new breaker this week they were also on time, friendly and professional. They hit multiple snags during the install due to no fault of their own (again, a lot of original 1950s wiring!) but maintained utmost professionalism -- it was clear that they weren't just trying to get the job done, but working hard to get the job done *right.* Shaun came out again at the end of the day to take a look and the team decided they would need to come back the following day to finish the work. Throughout all of this, they assured us that the final cost would still be what we were originally quoted for.Brian returned the following morning with Sarah (who was, like her colleagues, a delight -- efficient, friendly, and funny). They finished the work by the early afternoon and our kitchen is now back in action and safer than before. I should also mention that they were amazing with our kids and very respectful of our home. Their banter among each other was wonderful too -- there seemed to be a genuine camaraderie, which was really nice to see. These four (Shaun, Brian, Cam and Sarah) are some of the best service professionals I have ever worked with and I have been singing their praises to anyone who will listen. Definitely give Mr. Electric a call for any of your electric needs -- we certainly will!"See more
