We hired R2 Property Management to pressure wash our house. I was amazed at how dirty it was. Jeff did a great job! He kept great communication during the cleaning and did a final walk around with me to ensure my approval. I would absolutely recommend his services and look forward to having him back again for our next cleaning!

We had a great experience working with Jeff and his team. I really appreciated his responsiveness and willingness to work with me to coordinate repairs to our basement (drywall and paint). I am very happy to have found R2 Property Management as we have many more projects for our house in the Lakes Region, and we will continue to work with Jeff to get them done!

The crew left several of my windows open, did not clean several windows AT ALL, and did not close storm windows properly. Very disappointed after I walked around my house to check on what they did. Wrote my initial response BEFORE I SAW THE RESULT OF THEIR WORK, WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. 8/2/22 AUTUMN returned today to rectify the windows that were not cleaned or inadequately cleaned. She did all the windows I marked for her and we got the job done. I appreciate that this company was willing to "make things right" and have told them to make sure the client knows how many staff they send to do the job; 3 people came out to clean 15 downstairs windows and took 3 hours at $65.00 per man hour.

Weve used them on a number of projects from carpentry to handyman and have had great exoeriences. We most recently utilized their concierge division for party staff and cleaning and they were wonderful!

I have only good things to say about R2 Property Management! We used them for a thorough house cleaning before my father listed his house for sale. The cleaners did an awesome job! Our realtors were so impressed with the cleaning. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
