I can't help it. I like to think of my clients as friends because I'll be there when you're laughing, crying, feeling awkward, and just having the best day of your life. I want to be someone you text when you're happy and wave to when you see me on the street (because I'm definitely waving to you). I studied photography at Wesleyan University in Connecticut but began more than 10 years ago in my backyard with only a point and shoot and my little sister as an unwilling model. We cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Rebeca (Becky)! She was warm and professional, prompt and communicative throughout the process. Becky did the videography for our wedding, and worked seamlessly with our photographer -- and the results are absolutely stunning. When we watched the highlight video, we loved it so much that we immediately watched it again. My parents watched it five times in one sitting. Becky is an amazing storyteller -- she captured exquisitely beautiful shots, and then had such a beautiful eye in knitting them together to tell the story of our day. When my mom first watched it she texted us, "I LOVED it. It's so full of beauty and joy! We will treasure watching it over and over." Many wedding videos I've seen feel somewhat generic and frankly come across as over-the-top sappy -- instead, Becky's highlight reel feels like it captured the heart and soul of our specific day. We are so grateful to have this special way of remembering our wedding. If we could give Becky six stars, we would.

I have worked with a handful of photographers in the past and Rebeca was by far the best one. She was extremely easy to work with, and put my jitters and awkwardness aside by guiding me into relaxing poses. A few days later, she edited and gave me 25 of my best photos as well as hundreds more to choose from. Thanks Rebeca!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically my customers reach out to me through my website or one of my other platforms and I follow up with them within the hour. I ask them a few questions about what their vision is for the shoot, to send me any images that could stand as examples for our shoot, and to let me any other questions or concerns they have. I give them advice on wardrobe and hairstyles as well as help them pick out the time and locations where they are guaranteed to get amazing photos.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied photography at Wesleyan University in Connecticut and have taken 3 other digital photography courses as well as one course on editing.
