• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I charge 7 dollars a yard which i clues the installation of tack and pad. I provide the tack strip and glue if needed. ripout is 2 $ a yard. planks like pergo or vinyl are 2 dollars a foot

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I contact the customer after an inquiry or if I find someone looking for a service provider. I also sell carpet and vinyl from a store.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I learned the trade from other tradesman and then went on my own.
