I had to pull up part of a carpet for a wall repair and I hired Ryan to reattach to the tack strip and tighten the carpet. He arrived when he said and did the job quickly and professionally. I will definitely hire him for future carpet and flooring needs.

Rug has not been installed yet for the room is not ready yet. We discussed the plan and he is very willing to be on call for once it’s available. I’m not in a rush and he is very accommodating. Will send more feedback once the job is completed

Ryan actually showed up early and was very easy to work with . The project was to tighten a carpet in our den that had a big wrinkle . Once we removed the furniture the night before we noticed there were more wrinkles , when we showed them to him , he had no problem expanding the scope of the project to include these as well . The job came out perfect and the adjusted bill was very fair . I would use Gray Seagull again for sure and recommend them highly !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 7 dollars a yard which i clues the installation of tack and pad. I provide the tack strip and glue if needed. ripout is 2 $ a yard. planks like pergo or vinyl are 2 dollars a foot
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the customer after an inquiry or if I find someone looking for a service provider. I also sell carpet and vinyl from a store.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned the trade from other tradesman and then went on my own.
