My pricing is consistently regarded as reliable and economical. I often say, "Let them seek you out because you are of high quality, not because you are inexpensive."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like having them around the first time so they can feel comfortable around us. I don't mind talking to new customers while doing my amazing work. I actually enjoy it! Communication is KEY!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a contract with an extremely strict customer. I've learned that details truly matter, a lot! Cleaning is like an education—you learn more through frequent practice. Also, being a car detailer alongside my partner has made me very particular about how I clean.
