Wagner and his team surprised me by how professional they were and their quality of work, which was outstanding. It was as if a relative was doing the job…with care and commitment. I’ve already told colleagues if they ever needed work done they should reach out to Wagner. There will be no need for me to look anywhere else in the future if I need any type of work done. They did over 8000 ft.² of new flooring, touchup paint where a Painter from a different company neglected to fix their own mistake and too many other things to list. Nothing was a problem for them. At first, I felt bad asking for things last minute, but Wagner never ever made me feel bad and assured me that whatever it was that I needed, he could do it or get someone else to do it. When the guys came to work, they worked their tail off. Never complained, never grumpy. I can’t stress enough how pleased I was with the entire experience. Terrific company and more than reasonable in cost.

From the start, Wagner was personable, detailed, and very responsive with communication. They started on our project faster than expected, and were committed to customer satisfaction. Even afterwards. And suggested and made quality improvements to our home, which were necessary all at a very fair price. We are very happy with the trim work and the painting of our home. Thank you, Wagner and team for all your hard work. We are receiving compliments on our home already!

**Professional, Reliable, and Worth Every Penny**

We hired this contractor through Thumbtack for exterior painting and wood repair and could not be happier with the outcome.

From the beginning, his pricing was clear, straightforward, and all-inclusive—no hidden fees or last-minute add-ons. Before starting, he walked us through all the options, gave us time to think through color combinations, and offered thoughtful, practical suggestions that improved the final result.

Once the work began, his crew arrived on time, respected our property, and maintained a consistently high standard of workmanship. They even pushed through inclement weather and weekends to keep the project on schedule.

The finished job looks excellent and truly refreshed our home. Professional communication, quality work, and fair pricing—overall we are highly pleased and would confidently recommend this contractor to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality painting and repair work.

Milena Construction did an excellent job restoring our basement after a flood. They installed new drywall, painted, and laid new floors, and everything came out beautifully. Their team was professional, hardworking, and easy to work with. We’re extremely happy with the final result and would gladly recommend them.
