- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates vary depending on usage of images.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First priority is to set up a brief phone consultation to learn more about the customer and their requirements. Once we've sorted out the details we can book the shoot. If it is a full day or half day shoot a deposit is required to hold the date. After the shoot, a review session is scheduled to go over which images will be printed, what size and finish is desired. There is a two to three week turn around for albums and custom print orders.
