- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing on certain installation practices. Much of what we do is custom, so there can be variables that affect total cost for each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to arrange a meeting (either on-site, or at our showroom) , to get to know our customers and learn more about their project. This also gives us a chance to educate them on additional installation options they may not be aware of. From here we can start the estimation process and target solutions that meet their particular needs and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have, and maintain accreditation, with all of our major manufacturers on an ongoing basis. Things change quickly on our industry, staying in lock step with these changes is paramount to our success.
