- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are offering 75 dollars off per window between now and the end of the year
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Gather information over the phone about their desired project. 2. Set up a time to meet at the property 3. Get an accurate count of the windows that need replacing, ask more questions about their existing issues, show how we can solve their problems, present a price onsite. If we can’t solve their issue in a way they desire, we promise to refer you to someone who can!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve worked for many of the “who’s who” companies you see on tv. Being on the sales side, I was the person in customers homes presenting product and price. I just couldn’t handle the high pressure environment with big price drops. I decided to provide the service I would personally want.
