Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Of course there are many others out there with the same profession all striving to make the best of their business. What makes my work stand out is that I want to focus on positivity, mentally feeling yourself looking, feeling your best. I find for myself, and others its easiest for you to picture yourself where you want to be, focusing on what you WANT rather than what you DON'T WANT that's what helps the goals more achievable. With a little dedication, perseverance and the right mind set you can get to the fitness level you want to be on. I also like creating a bond with my clients! I love being a teacher, showing others the ropes and helping them. It's strange because when I was younger I always wanted to be a therapist, once i grew older and found that anxiety levels were reduced when working out i figured " wow, this is a game changer"! My teacher at my academy of personal training told me that "personal trainers aren't just what they seem to be, they're also therapists, nutritionists and a friend".

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Graduated from the American Academy of Personal Training

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always been extremely athletic! The gym is my second home, I've been doing this since I was little!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish others knew how much actually goes into being a personal trainer, a good one at least. Like i said earlier about what my teacher told me, it's true. Trainers need to know about their clients. Body type, what they're eating, nutritional advice, anatomy, health and wellness etc. If someones trying to lose weight and they see a trainer 2 times a week, how do we know you're eating right and working out the way we showed you when we're not there? There are 168 hours in a week if you're with us 3 or 4 hours a week, what're you doing the rest? It's hard for us to help you unless you're extremely committed!
