- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to have a conversation either over the phone or in person to go over the initial scope of work, to ensure we are a good possible fit to move forward. After that, if we decide we are a good fit, I move forward with a detailed estimate of materials and labor for the project. I work with the client through the whole process, keeping them updated on progress and any potential delays.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry for over 20 years, I hold a Universal HVAC certification, Certified Mold Inspection and Remediation, Certified Home Inspector, Certified Roof Inspector as well as other certifications.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in the construction field in High School, Building Modular homes through the school, then I did an apprenticeship as a carpenter through the School District. From there I started working for a Mall in maintenance and then to Multi-family.
