I offer gift certificates! I have been in the business for 30 yrs. I've had my own business going on two years! I specialize in residential and office cleaning. I have a small company with only a few employees, therefore you always have the same cleaners. I have had the worst luck finding a reliable housecleaner. Too many horror stories. Being on disability I cannot do it all myself, especially a deep clean. The owner, Annette, of AMC cleaning was in touch quickly & I am so thankful. She was able to come over the next day so we could talk. Every question I asked, her answers were everything I was looking for. I hired AMC cleaning immediately. We made an app't for a deep clean the next week. Annette and one of her employees came right on time. Both were personable but went straight to work, no time to chat. I was so impressed watching them a little bit working & how thorough. I was able to rest. When they were done I was amazed how unbelievably clean my house looked. Now I will have bi-weekly cleanings & that will allow me to not overdo. I feel so blessed that I found a company so awesome & wish I could give 10 stars. If you're looking for a reliable, personable, professional & thorough cleaner.....look no further than AMC Cleaning!

AMC Cleaning, in the person of Annette, was tremendous in coming to my aid when my regular cleaner-organizer was unavailable and my husband's surprise 70th birthday was coming up. She responded right away after I put out the initial call and, despite a head cold that involved some lost work time, rearranged her schedule so that it included me and my last-minute needs. All the things I needed were addressed in the two days (six hours) she or her team member were here: removed nicotine yellow from the woodwork on our porch, dusted/vacuumed the first floor living areas, cleaned both bathroom floors, the bathtub/shower, the fridge inside and out, wiped down woodwork around the kitchen windows, including the grundge on the AC window unit, and straightened things up as she went along. I'm extremely grateful to her; she undertook the time-consuming tasks so that I was able to make pie crust and a pie, with much less "house" work ahead of me. Guests in two days, I'll be ready. Her price per hour is more than reasonable, and she seemed to be quite organized, calm, and very pleasant. She has said that I may call upon her again, which I'm sure I will do. -- A satisfied customer.

Annette and Karen were excellent cleaners and were able to quickly work with us to arrange a cleaning time. We hired them for a move-out cleaning and we were still hurriedly removing items from our kitchen when they arrived. They were able to work on the other rooms and then help clean in/around the kitchen as we continued. They were very personable and the apartment looked great afterward--we got our full security deposit back!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally price it according to the job but do stick with a certain price for the most part. everyone has a budget and what the like to spend. I like to work with my customers and agree on a fair price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when I work with a new customer, I make an appointment to go over and do an estimate. I want them to feel comfortable with me.After the estimate we will set up a time for me to clean and my customers do pay on the day of the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with 2 cleaning companies and independent for over 30 years between the two.
