"I am passionate about customer service and give a personal service to my customers. I am always available by phone, text and email and don't charge the average prices that other pool specialists/companies charge. I am far cheaper and give a more personal service. After all, you want to feel comfortable with the person you are allowing in your personal space to look after your pool. I love showing people how things work and talking about ways to make the most of what you have and I can offer if interested suggestions on new equipment. If I don't know the answer, I'm honest and won't fill you will rubbish, I will tell you I'll get you the answer and I will. I have access to many other pool professionals with many many years of experience to answer and help with anything more complex to what I've experienced or been trained on. So you will be in good hands. I'm originally from the UK and so that's why I've called my Business "Across the Pond USA""
