I hired Josh to move a set of cabinets and a refrigerator from a location in Southern NH to my home in Central NH. After scheduling for 11AM on Saturday, he did not show up, did not call, did not text, and did not message me through Thumbtack. He also did not respond to any of my repeated contact attempts using all of the means outlined above. This was tremendously frustrating and wasted my time.
