- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we do have standard "packages" we also understand that no two events are the same and can customize each event accordingly based on the services you are looking for and within budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Should our services & pricing match what you are looking for we would love to set up a phone call to hear more about your big day to determine if we are a good fit for one another. Once we decide that we are going to work together we will send off a contract to lock in your date. From there we are 100% accessible leading up to your event to answer any questions and document any and all details needed to throw you an amazing event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
You need to not only know how to mix music you also need to understand body language and have the ability to read a crowd. Without having this ability you won't know what music is working and what music isn't. Also you need to have great communication skills to interact with your audience in a commanding but not cheesy way.
