- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is estimated based on possible workload.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Messaging, virtual or phone consultation. I like to get an idea of what the home is like. If I take the project, once I arrive, I do a walk through just to get an idea of what my work load will look like. I typically quote a price before I arrive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up with chores. That simple. I finished my Masters degree in business and this is one of the businesses that I desired to open. And I did it!
