Adrian came out the same day I contacted him to give me a quote, which was incredibly reasonable, and then managed to fit me into his schedule just a few days later.
I honestly wish I had taken a “before” picture of the garage, because the transformation is unbelievable. Unbeknownst to me, my mom had reached the point where she was no longer able to take her trash to the curb, so for several months she had been putting household trash in the garage instead. Add in the summer heat, and you can imagine what we were dealing with... mice, bugs, an awful smell.
My mom recently went into long-term care, and now I have to prepare and sell her home as part of the Medicaid process. It's been an incredibly overwhelming time, and I did not know what I was going to do about that garage.
Affordable Junk Removal to the rescue.
Adrian and his partner came in and handled EVERYTHING. They removed all of it, cleaned the garage, treated it, and left it looking absolutely beautiful. Even more unbelievable: it smells amazing. Looking at it now, you would never know what it looked or smelled like before. I can't adequately describe how relieved and grateful I am.
But here's the part that really tells you what kind of guy Adrian is. He noticed that I had wheelchairs, walkers, and other senior medical equipment that I was trying to find homes for. He told me that if I couldn't find a facility to come pick them up, he would come back, take them himself, and make sure they were donated to people who need them, free of charge. Who does that anymore?
Adrian is kind, hardworking, responsive, reasonably priced, and genuinely cares about people. He took something that had become a huge source of stress for me and simply made it disappear.
