Our management fee is based solely on performance. There are no sign-up costs- We only earn when you do!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first is a consultative call to learn about your property and revenue goals. Once a management agreement is executed, we will begin the process of onboarding the client and property into our systems. We use Guesty to manage short term rentals and Doorloop for annual rentals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Benjamin Shelley is a seasoned real estate professional with a decade of expertise in property management, investment, development, and brokerage. Shelley has founded multiple RE investment and management companies, all still operating, with over $50+ million in deals under his belt. Shelley graduated with academic honors from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate. He also holds a Real Estate Salesperson license held through Brown Harris Stevens (License # 10401276387).
