Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Ready to lose weight for good this time? I am a registered dietitian, offering private nutritional counseling sessions, as well as group classes. Together we will develop an individualized meal plan that you can easily follow, and we will work together to achieve your goals. I am realistic, and think you should have a plan that lasts and fits your lifestyle. I realize not everyone has insurance that will cover nutrition therapy, and because I work out of my home office, my prices are a fraction of anything you will find with professional nutrition therapy. I offer discounts for packages and for referrals. Send me an email, or give me a call, and we can get going. I have flexible times available to work around your busy schedule! I am located in Scottsdale, I look forward to working with you, and know that you will be successful!

I've been dealing with an autoimmune disease that was diagnosed in 2003 and allowed me to eat only fruts, grains and vegetables. Due to eating such an imbalanced diet based on bascially whatever I could throw into the microwave after preparing my family a "normal" meal, I steadily put on weight and was tired and sluggish. I tried Weight Watchers, Nutrisystems, Suzanne Somers, South Beach, etc., and never lost more than five pounds. I'm sure it was, again, because I was so limited in what I could eat and didn't have the time to invest into educating myself about what a well-rounded vegan-style diet would be, but the diets left me hungry, unsatisfied, and I wasn't able to stick to them for any length of time. When Jenna put my diet together, it all changed. Meal time became simple...and balanced. She was so positive and encouraging, and was always there with an answer to a question or with a suggestion as to how I could make it work with my busy schedule. It's been the easiest plan I've ever followed, and so far I've lost 15 pounds, which I've never done. I'm off Prednisone and I feel really good and know that finally, even with the limitations of my vegan diet, my body is getting all the nutrients it needs to run efficiently and to be healthy. I need this body to work for a long time, and taking care of it has always been important, but Jenna has made it possible to do it without feeling like it has to be the major focus of my day. It's easy, it's healthy, and it works. What more could I ask for? I've wasted so much money on books and foods and membership fees, and that's all over. I'd suggest anyone with a desire to eat healthier or to lose weight to contact her right away. The experience couldn't be more pleasant. She can make it work for you, and she's the best cheerleader you'll ever have.

I think it takes a lot of courage to ask somebody for help with weight loss. I knew I needed help, but I wasn’t sure what to do. I’m not the type who wants to get up in front of a bunch of people and weigh in. I didn’t want to have to buy prepared meals – I was afraid of what would happen once I started eating real food again. And I didn’t want to do anything extreme. I knew I wanted more than just a diet – I wanted to learn how to eat and keep the weight off with real food and realistic eating habits. My doctor recommended I talk to the dietitian, Jenna Stephens. From the moment I met her, I felt she could be the one to help me get my weight down and my eating habits back on track. Jenna is totally non-judgmental and helped me understand not only how to diet, but how to eat well and healthfully. No matter what issue I come in with, she always has an answer to my questions about adding variety to a menu, how to eat out, how to cook at home, and how to think more about being healthy in general. She has so many tips about which foods do and don’t work, eating on a schedule so there’s no hunger during the day, and getting the right kinds of food to make the weight go! I have had tremendous success working with her and I know she’ll help me keep this weight off once I get to maintenance. Losing lots of weight is a journey and I can’t think of a better companion along the way than Jenna. She always says she’s proud of me, and I’m proud of me too!

Jenna tailors her recommendations to fit the individual and doesn't try to force a "one size fits all" approach. She is very knowledgeable and has a lot of practical experience.
