FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are determined by the quality of work the client wants. For instance there could be one client who wants a stick figure animation. Fee for that would be vastly different than it would be for a full color highly detailed animation. A discussion with the client on all details would need to happen in order for me to quote accurately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For animation projects I have a 5-8 step process depending on what my clients provide. My process usually makes the project go very smoothly. Here are the steps: 1. Ask as many questions as possible so that I can be assured to meet the clients needs 2. Develop a script based on the above (unless the client has a script ready to go) 3. Start character design and submit for approval 4. Start storyboards and submit for approval 5. Voice recording (if necessary) 6. Background drawings and all elements needed for the animation 7. Animation begins 8. Weekly updates are sent for the client to review (updates will be in low quality until the project is completely paid for) 9. Final payment and deliver of HD file
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates in Computer and Traditional Animation from the Art Institute of Philadelphia
