- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first make sure to collect all basic information .Then find out the customer's needs over the phone so that we can have a better understanding on the customer's needs,and give them the right estimate for what type of cleaning/add-ons they have requested. We also keep our customers updated with every step once the job is in process.

"Questions customers should think about before talking to a professional" Customers should think if the company is licensed? If the company is ensured? If the budge's enough to book a cleaning with the company? How long would the cleaning take? Do you have a minimum of hours per job?
