- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base each of my price quotes on application techniques, requested look, number of clients needing the application, and location. Each person and event is unique. The more details I receive the more I am able to tailor the price to the specific client's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process of working with a new customer is to learn as many details as I can about their event, makeup preferences, their skin type, any allergies or product sensitivities, and to make sure we are on the same page. I like have a conversation with the client to discuss their desired look. We then are able to create a unique look together! If at any point a customer is unhappy I am apple to change/adjust the look to make sure their needs are met. I like to keep open communication so that the client is never afraid to voice their opinion.

I have been freelancing for MAC Cosmetics for over a year. I have also been freelancing for events in NJ.
