Brilliant bartender who was professional, punctual, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He handled all of our guests with a smile and created some incredible drinks throughout the event. I wouldn't hesitate to have him at all of my future parties and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a genuinely kind person who can provide outstanding service and amazing cocktails for their guests.

Chef David really made our night special. Not only was the food top-notch, but the added bartending service was a hit. The bartender mixed amazing drinks that went great with the meal. Had the pleasure of hiring Chef David and bartender team for a surprised Mother's day celebration. It was a first and great experience. Highly recommend. Be sure to try his Creamy Tuscan Shrimp & Scallops. That was a hit!! Vanessa (Bartender) makes the best cocktail. Thank you for the professionalism!!

For my engagement to my now fiance, I wanted to hire a personal chef and bartender to come to our house and cook us a meal with paired drinks. I also planned on having a small after party with our closest friends. Chef David accommodated all of my requests. He gave us a full 4 course meal from starter to desert, and appetizers for the afterparty. The food was amazing and delicious and made our engagement very memorable. I have not one complaint about David. He was very responsive from the frost message, he was very punctual , and everything was delicious ! Also very flexible. We asked for a vegan menu and he understood and delivered . We got three courses for two people and he gave us beyond what we asked for and was very affordable . If you’re reading this, book him! :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For private events, my pricing is based on the number of individuals being served, as well as the number of courses needed. It is similar to catered events, where the pricing is determined by the number of guests, which affects quantity, and the number of courses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know all of my client's expectations and vision for every event is crucial. It is important to know how my services can help each client, and how we can work together to make any arrangements or adjustments in preparation for the event. After going over every important detail, my goal is to provide the most quality meals in the most worry-free and casual atmosphere imaginable for each guest.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Last May, I received an A.S. in Culinary Arts. Also, I have worked in a wide range of dining establishments, from fast-casual to a la carte. These experiences and passion for my craft allow me to constantly improve the quality of my product and service.
