My group sessions are fun and because I keep them small- I am able to provide my attention to each and every member. I've been working with Helen for a month now, and I cant wait to see what a few more months with her will do for my training goals. I've learned to eat healthy, work out harder, and have grown stronger in only 5 weeks. She's easy to get along with, pushes me but is also super friendly, and she's always there to motivate me! I specifically didn't want a trainer at a gym because I always feel like they're selling me stuff, but Helen always keeps it real--which is what I appreciate the most! I highly recommend!
