So, I've been out of the gym more often than I'm happy to admit especially for the past few months and I finally decided to get back into working out. I was lucky enough to meet Chris and talk to and workout with him a few times. Let me just say that I was shocked and amazed from the workouts I had. His knowledge base is very diverse and he was able to help me on different ends of the fitness spectrum. I wanted to increase my strength but because of an old High School sports injury I had issues with my shoulder and elbow. He was able to give me a few minor exercises that improved my mobility and eliminated the pain I felt when I started moving heavier weight, which then helped me increase the weight I was able to move. He was also able to help me adjust my diet and see where my changes needed to start. I'm very lucky to have had the chance to meet him and train with him, and continue to reach out to him for advice and guidance. He's a great support system and helpful pillar in my attempt to reach my goals. My favorite thing about him though is his no nonsense attitude and approach to fitness and ability to explain things in a way I understand and can remember.
