Dior Construction is a family owned and operated company specializing in all systems of roofing for residential and commercial properties. From shingle to metal to bitumen torch down, TPO, and EPDM. We have expertise in vinyl siding installation and repair, as well as seamless gutter installation. Our seamless gutters are available in a variety of sizes, styles and colors. There is no job too big or too small. We are also a GAF certified company which means we are able to offer our asphalt shingle customers a lifetime warranty. At Dior Construction, we care about our clients, and we maintain ongoing relationships to ensure our projects stand the test of time.

Throughout the process of replacing our roof, my husband and I continually remarked on the extraordinary professionalism of Dior and his crew. We were immediately impressed by the extent of his knowledge and his courteous and gentlemanly nature. It can sometimes be hard to find someone you trust with your most valuable asset, but we felt from the very beginning that our trust was placed in confident hands. We feel that our roof not only looks beautiful, but is also of high quality and durability.

Dior reached out to me on Thumbtack, actually, and Dior really did have the best price for the work performed. We had a 3-layer tear-off and full replacement. During Dior's estimate process, he tried to get as much information as possible -- more than just measurements -- so that the quote could be more accurate. We had some rotted wood but his price per plywood sheet is very reasonable, and the total roof job was done, with cleanup and everything, in a single day.
Dior was onsite and monitoring the work and the end result is a beautiful roof. It's rained almost every day since and we're very happy with how it turned out.

Dior Construction replaced my roof and the roof on my garage and I am VERY satisfied.
Dior came to give me the estimate and was thoroughly prepared. He went through the whole hour by hour process. He also came with the color chart so I could make my choice right away. I was worried about what might happen to the shrubs and trees around my house, but nothing was disturbed. Don’t know how they did it, but they did!! They thoroughly cleaned up everything. When I came home from work two crew members were diligently scrubbing my front stops. And they did it all in one day. I have no problem recommending them to anyone!!
