- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
IMPORTANT POLICY ON PRICING & tFLAT RATE MOVES 🚨 NO FLAT-RATE PRICING – We do not offer flat-rate moves unless specifically discussed and agreed upon per customer. 🚨 NO GUARANTEED FINAL PRICE BEFORE JOB COMPLETION – We cannot promise, agree to, or predict the total number of hours, miles, or work required to complete a job. The final cost depends on: • How long the job takes • Total miles driven • Any additional services required • Unexpected delays (e.g., obstacles, customer preparation, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control) 🔹 We charge strictly per hour and per mile from the time we arrive until the last item is moved or delivered. 🔹 If any delays happen due to acts of God, unexpected events, or a customer not being as prepared as expected, these factors will naturally affect the total time required and cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
“While we didn’t go to school specifically for moving, our education came from real-life, hands-on experience. We built The Ant Movers from the ground up—learning everything from heavy lifting techniques to logistics, customer service, and running a business. We’ve moved everything from couches to 900 lb fish tanks, so our training came through hard work, repetition, and a commitment to getting better every day. What sets us apart is that we don’t just move items—we move with purpose, precision, and pride.”
