- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair keeping all parties in mind. Our dirt cheap competition wont charge enough to pay their cleaners well. Then you will see why we call them DIRT cheap. We want to charge you a fair amount so that you can have The Safi Team deliver championship results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to get a general understand of the work area whether is a house or a warehouse. I like to identify what their biggest problem is so that I can put the most equipped team on the job. I want to know the size, the floor type, the amount of restrooms, the amount of kitchens, and the expectations of the Customer. So that the next time we speak they will be a Safi FAN.
